Return Period

Return and exchange are only available with 14 days from the date you receive the hair.

Return Process
Please email us at info@riellasluxuryhair.se and send your order number and request. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address. When we receive the returned items, we will inspect to see if you qualify for a refund. Items worn or altered or without original packaging cannot be refunded. We guarantee a refund on all accepted returns. You must contact us before sending your return, as the returns address may be different from the address from which your order was originally shipped.
Return Shipping Cost

If, for any reason, you don't like the items, buyers need to pay for return shipping and customs fees. Online customers' orders for refunds or exchanges will not be accepted unless for quality problems.

Reimbursement Time

Once items have been inspected and confirmed as acceptable returns, a full refund will be provided. Please allow 3-4 business days for the financial institution to process the refund. All customers must contact us after returning the package and provide us with the tracking information so that we can process the refund.

Exchange

If customer needs to exchange items, we will send the new item when we receive the returned items and confirm it is in suitable condition.
